Winter Skills Development Program Dave Naon's infield skills camp is underway focusing on infield, outfield, catching and pitching.
When:Saturdays 12/2, 12/19, 1/2, 1/9, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27
Time: Session 1 - 10am to 11:15am
Session 2 - 11:15am to 12:30pm
Where: 13249 NE 20th, Bellevue
Winter conditioning officially started Monday, Nov. 9th
Here is what the schedule will be:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 2:45-4:30 – meet Coach Bowie outside the weight room in the hall for conditioning; conditioning will likely take place out on the turf field for now until Coach Jason can find a large area inside the building. Conditioning in the rain will get you primed for our beautiful spring weather….
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 2:45-4:30 – meet Coach Bowie inside the weight room for weight lifting/strength training; these days will be run mostly by Mr. Katinas, but Coach Bowie will oversee everyone’s programs.
Important information:
Winter conditioning will continue right up until tryouts the first week of March.
What to wear: shorts are fine but it will be cold and wet on the outside conditioning days. Bring appropriate clothing.

The remaining Sunday batting sessions are as follows:
12/6, 12/13, 12/20, 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/21, 2/28 at the North Seattle Batting Cages – 8521 20th NE (same as last year). We have added a 3rd session this year due to the popularity of this activity.
Sports Auction:
March 6th, 2010 at the Don James Center at Husky Stadium (usually starts between 5:30-6:00pm). This year we are working the Check-in tables with the girls’ softball team. More details will be available at our preseason meeting. I have attached a procurement idea form to get you inspired and thinking about what you can bring. Remember that this is one of our biggest fundraising events for our team!
